If this is your first time, been here a few times, or you're a regular, we hope you enjoy all that Paw Paw's Cabin and Big Bear Lake have to offer.
Paw Paw's Cabin is two-story, 1,320 sq ft, with parking for 3 vehicles. Downstairs you'll find the living room, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, fireplace and door to the fully-fenced backyard. Located upstairs is the full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), dining area with fireplace, a large bedroom with Queen bed, and large bathroom with washer and dryer.
Located in lower Moonridge, Paw Paw's cabin is close to several of Big Bear's most popular attractions:
Moonridge is a family neighborhood with a mix of part-time, full-time, and short-term residents. Please respect our neighbors.
Nightly rates vary throughout the year. Please submit the form below for more information. Stays longer than 3 nights will receive a discounted rate.
To confirm your stay, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. 14 days before check-in, your balance is due. You may cancel your stay up to 10 days before check-in with no cancellation fee and a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 7-9 days before check-in, you'll be refunded 50% of your reservation cost. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded.

All short-term rental guests are required by Big Bear Lake to abide by and sign the Good Neighbor Policy. This policy states:
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
